Why I’m Starting This

Woman in a camel coat and plaid scarf sitting at a wooden table in a cozy, dimly lit coffee shop with an upstairs mezzanine, reaching for a small espresso cup; warm lights, dark green walls, and café seating in the background.

Not because I have it all figured out… but because I feel called to begin.

I’ve gone back and forth on this for a long time.

Whether I wanted to share more.
Whether I wanted to be seen.
Whether I wanted to build something that felt this personal.

Because this space… it isn’t just a blog.

It’s a place for the parts of life we don’t always say out loud.
The beauty, the tension, the growth, the questions.

It’s motherhood.
It’s marriage.
It’s faith in the middle of real life.

And it’s legacy.

My dad left behind more than memories. He left words, wisdom, and pieces of his heart that I’m still uncovering.

That’s where Lion Letters was born.

This space is where all of it lives together.

Not perfectly. Not polished.
But honestly.

If you’re here, you’re part of it now.
